Sensory Audiology & Optical Recruitment was founded in November 2023 by Julie Pallin, with a clear vision — to deliver a recruitment service defined by expertise, integrity, and a genuinely consultative approach.
Julie brings over 35 years of senior management experience in recruitment and team development across multiple sectors. Over the past decade, she has specialised in the audiology industry, recruiting, training, and developing professionals across a wide range of clinical and commercial roles.
This depth of experience provides a well-rounded perspective — combining both operational understanding and strategic insight into what makes individuals and teams succeed.
From March 2026, we are incredibly proud to welcome Paula Bennett into the business, marking a significant and exciting stage in our growth.
With more than 35 years of experience leading and developing diverse teams, Paula brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership expertise.
Paula's focus will be on strengthening and evolving our optometry offering, further enhancing the value and support we provide within the optical sector.
